I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for bhu ba llb as to be eligible a student from general Category needs to be 10+2 passed with at least 50 % marks, so with 45.5 percentage you don't fulfil this criteria and thus you are not eligible for bhu ba llb.

Banaras Hindu University will conduct the BHU LLB entrance test tentatively on third week of May, 2020. Online application will be started on 1st or 2nd week of February, 2020. Admit card will be issued two weeks before the exam date. Counselling will be started from 1st week of July, 2020 (tentative).

Cutoff every year for Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU goes around 580-590 marks every year out of 720.
As per last year cutoff IMS- BHU, you have to secure a rank within 1000 if you are from general category.
If you are from any reserved category, 2500 rank will be good.

If you are interested in government colleges for your B-tech then you have to appear in any of the two exams either IIT JEE mains or State level entrance exam. Almost all government college fall under this procedure . Only private colleges conduct separate exam for themselves.

There's no problem at all , since you want to take admission in Bhu for your graduation, first of all you need to appear for its entrance exam called bhu uet and if you managed to clear it then you will be eligible for admission and the time of admission you can submit the T.C of the college where you are currently pursuing your graduation, there will be no problem, also T.C is issued only once so you cannot go to your 10+2 school and ask for T.C , so you need to simply submit the T.C from the college you are currently studying at the time of admission in bhu. Prepare well for the entrance exam,  good luck.

You have to check the syllabus. If syllabus is same and prescribed books are same then yes you can able to crack it with one preparation.
If boos are different then you have to read those books as many questions comes from books only.
This is on your part to check the syllabus and if any variation I'd there then you have to prepare those additional sections and books too.

Yes if you are interested in BHU for your BCom course.

Then you can surely go with it. You can surely give entrance exam this year also .If you quilified for that this time then you will be able to get admission in BHU but you have to leave other college and course and Start from first year at BHU again. Hope you get it.
