Last year the cut off rank for admission in the BHU for the b.com course was 1231 for the general category, and also in the last few years, the trend has been same for the cut off ranks. So, given the trend, you are likely to get admission,

According to last year cut off and rank you have very few chance of admission in BHU main campus. You can wait for 2nd and 3rd round counciling. But the chance of admission is very less. So , I will suggest you dont wait for BHU ,

Banaras Hindu University has a large and beautiful green campus with spacious classrooms, a central library, computer labs.Hostel and medical facilities are available for students, and the campus provides a good academic atmosphere. Some academic buildings could benefit from modernization, but the overall infrastructure is satisfactory and supports student learning well.
Lots of learning and growth .
