It's completely depend upon the university. If its a college the the chnaces are less. But it's university i hope the level of chance are there to get a Hindi as a general Elective in English Honours in BHU.

There is a very good possibility you will get admission. BHU MA Mass Comm counselling happens in stages on different dates (July 13 onwards) on the basis of the rank you got. Students are filled up on the basis of seat availability.

For general a category you need to be in top 50 students, and there are factors like distance, a medical condition which also comes into plays when allotment is done.

It would be tough to tell you the exact as BHU is taking the admission first time for BAMS programme through NEET.
