Yes you can be admited for main campus.
There is now co.study in the faculty of art's, so there is more seats for female candidates to be admited in main campus.

In order to take admission for B.Sc Bio in BHU, you should have around 220 rank & score 59 around. You can check its cutoff with the given below link.

This is the first time that BHU is taking the admission for BAMS programme through NEET so It would be tough to tell you the exact about the admission chance based on this score.

As soon as the counseling process for the admissions gets finished , the classes will begin. Generally it begins from the mid of July. You can check the details on the official website. You can also contact on the helpline number available on the website.
Mention the rank which you have secured in the entrance. Rank cut offs are released for the admission process. Faculty of this course is very good. You will get good learning. Give the details about the rank then other information will be provided to you.

you can get a rough idea by Last year the Cutoff for the Ba arts was 220+ ,Obc-190+ , Sc/st -170+. These all were the cutoff of BHU main campus! However the cutoff for the affliated College of BHU MMV ,DAV PG will be quite low.

Well, a B.Tech degree is always better in terms of Job Prospects.
But still if you are passionate towards any particular subject, you may go for B.Sc in that but I would suggest you to go for B.Tech at BIT SINDRI.

one of the large residential campuses. While some legacy lecture halls retain an old-school charm, library has massive of textbooks, reference materials, research journals, and digital e-resources, staying open long hours to facilitate rigorous study sessions.

Banaras Hindu University has a large and beautiful green campus with spacious classrooms, a central library, computer labs.Hostel and medical facilities are available for students, and the campus provides a good academic atmosphere. Some academic buildings could benefit from modernization, but the overall infrastructure is satisfactory and supports student learning well.
