Well with that marks and rank you are not eligible for an admission based on the previous years cutoff. If you want an admission then you would have scored marks around 310 and 320.

Generally the cutoff score for ba history is between 170-220 every year.

The cutoff score goes on increasing every year.

You have 50-50 chances of getting admission there.

Yes, you can do that but for that you need to cancel your admission in BHU and you need to be fully sure that you will be getting an admission in DU, because only after cancelling the admission from BHU you are eligible for admission.
