This is difficult to say as cut off depends upon various factors like :-

-----------) number of students/ candidates  that appeared in the BHU UET exam,

-----------) number of available seats,

-----------) performance of different students in BHU UET

Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! Yes there are high chances to get admission ,because you got good rank also if you get admission then best wishes from my side to your upcoming future ,do hardwork there and make your parents proud and rise as star in your future !

Hope it helps you !!

Dear aspirant

First of all congrats for your results ,as you said you have option of choosing the icar and bams so first of all I will tell you something about both field

BAMS ( bachelor of ayurveda ,medicine and surgery )- It is 2000 years old means it is established before you born ,you can see how much ayurvdea has grown till now ,it is a mixture of older and modern medicine and you know you can prescribe allopathic medicine too and you can do MS and MD after doing bams ,both the bams and mbbs doctor have the same post ,same salary in some of the government sector
By doing bams you will become doctor
As I guess you have given the neet to become a doctor so in my opinion you should choose bams if you have interest in medicine ( bams and mbbs both has mostly similar syllabus and you have to study more in bams than mbbs )
And the scope for ayurvdea increasing every year you can see the 4-5/10 advertisement in mobile or tv is of ayurvdea product
You can become a doctor , professor ,medical officer ,give upsc ,become scientist and many more

Icar (Indian council of agriculture institute) - related with agriculture field and animal husbandry , environmental sciences
icar is also technical
you can do jobs in bank and  Indian  forest services, research , cooperate etc
you get scholarship too during the college period!!

Both the field need greater potential and hardwork
If you are ready to do then join any of them

Both the field is best first of all ask yourself why you have given both the exam and your interest in?? If you aim is doctor then without doubt choose bams but if your aim is something else you can choose icar
Let me tell you the most important thing that some on the top some on the below ,it is up to you
It's depend on your skill ,if you are excellent then you will do good in every field

Hope now you will be able to choose between them

Thank you

According to the rules , 15.5 percent of seats are reserved for sc catgeory students so according to the calculation 4-5 seats are their for sc category students

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future

Student Reviews for BHU Varanasi

College Infrastructure: 4.2/5
Academics: 4.2/5
Placements: 3.5/5
Value for Money: 3.7/5
Campus Life: 4.4/5

Hopefully, the experience I shared will be useful.

College Infrastructure

Honestly, I had a good time being a part of this college. Since I used to live in the campus Girls' Hostel, it became even more memorable. Hostel was quite inexpensive and very spacious. Usually, there were a lot of College Festivals that took place in IIT BHU and trust me it was one of the best experiences. Late-night walks, the beautiful environment and the calmness of the campus often felt like heaven. Ghats of Varanasi were cherry on the top.

Very good . Nice experience

College Infrastructure

The college has a very good infrastructure but hostel facilities are not excellent but can be considered fine 1. Classroom facilities are good and improving and digitalised 2. Very good library facilities both in central library and in institute library 3. Wifi is available but issues occur in the wifi 4. Hostel food not so hygienic but comparatively fine

felt good reviewing about BHU

College Infrastructure

The BHU campus is exquisite, its a mix of tradition and modernity, spreading across 1300 acres. The campus has Sayaji Rao Gaekwad central library, where students can find enormous numberof books and digital resources as it is equipped with cyber section as well. For those interested in sports, it has an indoor gymansium, swimming pool and large playgrounds. It has many seminar halls, auditoriums and a amphitheatre for all sorts of events. It has students health centre and hospitals to help students 24 x 7. there are cafterias and atms for the convenience and the campus also give the wifi facility.
