No, you cannot apply for B.Com (//B.Com) . Hons., you can only apply for B.Com (//B.Com) . without maths.

For Bcom, you don't need maths in 12th, you can apply without maths but for B.Com. hons. maths is a must. Also every university/institute has its own eligibility criteria.
