40% marks or equivalent grade in '10+2' board examination from Vocational Education Division or Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Vocational Examination from the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (Vocational Education Division) OR Passed 2 years’ ITI at a stretch after passing Madhyamik or equivalent examination OR Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology from any recognized Board/ Council/ Institute. 5% relaxation in marks will be applied for all reserved category candidates
