The University facilities and infrastructure include a boys’ hostel on the campus premises. The boys’ hostel has various facilities for the students. In the boys’ hostel, there is an RO water facility and generator backup is available in the case of a power outage. The boys’ hostel rooms are entirely secure and surrounded by boundary walls, with indoor and outdoor games and recreation facilities for the students. The boys’ hostel is the place where students relax after a busy day and catch up with friends.

At the University there is a girls’ hostel for female students. Girls’ hostel rooms are equipped with all the modern facilities. An online public access catalog (OPAC) facility is available to facilitate the online search of library books with title, author, keyword, and subject. Brainware University library has an institutional membership of DELNET and the university library has membership with National Digital Library and e-Shodh Sindhu.

The University facilities include various sports facilities on the campus. There is a huge playground for various sports activities like cricket, football and basketball. The university also provides an indoor table tennis arrangement, a carrom, and a swimming pool are available on the campus. Brainware University has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. It also has a hockey field, handball, volleyball, and badminton court. Tournaments in these sports are organized on the campus at the university level. Brainware University organizes annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part.

The university is equipped with good IT infrastructural facilities. The computer center of the university maintains and manages campus networking and internet facilities.
