The college infrastructure is well-developed with modern classrooms, decent lab facilities, and a good library setup. Most classrooms are equipped with projectors and basic smart teaching tools. Labs are functional, though sometimes systems need upgrades or maintenance. The campus is clean and organized, with proper seating and study areas. WiFi is available but can be inconsistent at times. Overall, the infrastructure supports academic needs effectively, though there is still room for improvement in terms of maintenance and advanced facilities
The academic curriculum is fairly structured and covers the essential concepts required for the MCA program. Some subjects are updated according to current industry trends, but not all courses are equally relevant to real-world applications. The teaching quality varies between faculty members—some are highly knowledgeable and supportive, while others rely more on traditional methods. Internal assessments and assignments help in continuous learning. Overall, academics provide a decent foundation, but additional self-learning is necessary to become industry-ready.
Placements at the college are average, with a mix of service-based and a few product-based companies visiting the campus. The placement cell conducts training sessions, aptitude classes, and mock interviews to prepare students. However, the overall placement percentage could be improved, and high-package opportunities are limited. Most students get placed in entry-level roles with moderate salary packages. The support from the placement team is helpful, but students often need to put in extra effort on their own to secure better opportunities.
the collage is Infrastructure in okok , it have good library , it has all the acceltitls , which have recuard , for an student to study affectivly , it hads fully furniesd and wentilated rooms overe
the collage faculty are supotive, and the complite theye syllabus on date they provoid very good gaidense , thet helps students futares, the gudencd are very valubable and also help us with every time
placement is not that good, they are not providing 100% placemants as mentiontd, only limited placement opetuinity are avelable. when we take admincation that time they are saing they have many student club but it is not there
in Gujarat have better collage
Yes, the College has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment which are required by a student to support academic activities, practical learning, and overall growth of the student. There is a library that contains all the related books required for the completion of the courses offered by the college and even it has many books which increase general knowledge. Classrooms are fully furnished, properly ventilated, and equipped with air conditioning to ensure efficient learning.
I am pursuing an MBA in Finance specialization, and the faculty members are very good, highly knowledgeable, supportive and dedicated to students learning. They are approachable and provide excellent guidance.
Placements are very good, and the placement process starts in the second semester itself. Nearly 80-85 percent of the students got placed already, even though one semester is still left for graduation. The placement process is very easy, and a team is formed to take care of the placement process.
They have built a new state of the art campus but it is a bit far away from Bangalore city. But infrastructure is great and alot of facilities are available for students. Great experience over all for anyone joining
The curriculum is updated regularly to be in touch with industry standards, plenty of live industry projects with inhouse workshops from companies like autodesk and bosch which is a great platform for students
I was the 2nd rank holder in my batch and could not get any opportunity in mechanical field above 7 LPA, which is truly absurd if you think about it. For CS students the placements are much better and upto standard
No definitely not value for money
We did not have a campus it was a standalone building, now there is a new campus so hopefully life is better
Nope
The best part of this college is the infrastructure...It was well constructed with great quality which everyone would love...Talking about the classes, labs and halls they are top notch , well maintained and hygenic...All the classes are established with advanced smart boards, and labs with high quality equipment...In library there are many books available, including online books and also the private discussion rooms to work in groups with free wifi...Hostels are a little expensive but the facilities are quiet good...And there are no indoor clubs available but they are courts for outdoor games like for tennis, table tennis, basket ball, grounds for running or marathons and cricket ground.
I am currently pursuing CSE-AIML...I came into this course because I am personally intrested...To be honest I dont know about the AIML teaching faculty as I am in 1st year there are common subjects for everyone like chemistry physics etc...Up to now the faculty is definetly good..they are well experienced, they teach the concepts and we understand it instead of mugging up and they also solve the doubts if asked...They provide the support whenever needed and also encourage students in other fields too...Overall they give 100% in everything in my opinion
The placements are good here...This college contains branches so centralised placements will take place...and as I already mentioned I am in 1st year I dont know exact things of placements go on....But when I asked my seniors they said the placements are good and also the highest package achieved is 54 lakhs...The placement processes are happening in smooth and easy manner
Its 3,54,000 for CSE-AIML...I wrote this college entrance exam called DSAT in that I won a scholarship...The fees originally is 4,29,000...and upto me the price is definetly worthy if considering only the college and its benefits etc but if we compare with other colleges it sounds little expensive...so its based on how we consider
Campus life is really good...like it gives the experience of leading a rich life...it sounds weird but its true...The college infrastructure is the best part...The one who visits the college will never feel like its a college it feels like a big palace...also there are many clubs in all the fields and frequently the events will be happening both in extra curricular activities and also in academics....teachers and staff support is really good...there is nothing to bother about it...Coming to its location the college is quiet far from the city...so that's the only disadvantage I feel...and It can definetly handle emergencies because inside the campus itself we are having a hospital in which all the specialised doctors are available and the medical fees is very friendly as it is government hospital...the hospital locality is good and well maintained...so yes it can definetly handle emergencies...and there are almost 8 canteens available inside the campus so you can usually find all the types of food and snacks...and mess food is also good they include many varieties
I think Dayananda Sagar University is a great place to study and to be a part of it is just incredible the events the infrastructure is amazing overall it's a pleasure to be a part of Dayanand Sagar University
The lectures and studies is very good there and as students it's very helpful we can gain amazing knowledge because of the way they teach it's really helpful in one's career the lecturers are very well qualified
The placement is also amazing it gives us a good platform to showcase our skills and talent and Placements play a crucial role in shaping students' careers, and our college stands out for its consistent track record in bridging the gap between academia and industry."
I think the money which we spend in there for education and evrything is just totally worth it
The campus life is just incredible it's a really dream come true feeling the people's the events and evrything else is great over there
I think to be a part of such a good university is I feel I'm very lucky in tht way because it really creates a great impact on our future
Yes but there is no playground in the college and not good canteen other than that you have a all facilities provided and laboratory equipments are not proper wifi is provided to students to access and there is projector for the studies purpose and it's hygiene inside the college campus
I am studying bca as I see the teachers are punctual in timing and attendance and the teaching is good and they have made curriculum updated we have a good library and for food there is canteen and food truck yes I hope I will get a job
There is best placements in my college and in 10th and 1st puc we have be scored atleast 60% then you will be selected to attend the placements and there all top companies hire you like Infosys, wipro etc
Dayananda Sagar University is a very huge campus. There are 2 blocks in this campus. One is engineering block and the other is medical block. Even there is a hospital in the campus. For any emergency you can go to hospital.
Faculties are very friendly. They support in every aspect. Some are graduated from NIT. There is a huge faculty in DSU. You can approach them at any time to clear your doubts. They clarify it very well..
Placements are quite pretty.. They even teach about the placements training courses.. Faculties are being seperately hired for teaching about the placements.. Very good infrastructure with pretty placements..
Here in DSU all the aspects like sports, extra curricular activities are very well encouraged.. There are many clubs to encourage these type of activities.. Apart from academics, here you can easily give time for other activities..
The infrastructure of the college is not as expected, it has no ground or play area. The rooms does not have air conditioning facility and toilets and classroom are not upto the mark. Proper ventilation is there.
The teachers are not that experts in their field of education. Some of them are inexperienced and lack communication skills. Some of the lecturers are very strict which is not expected in an university, while some of them are friendly.
Placements in dayananda sagar university are upto the mark. If you have good grades, knowledge and skills then you will be definitely placed in a good company with a sound package. The average package for my course is around 6 LPA.
When we talk about value for money, the fees charged by DSU is not worth the infrastructure of the college if it is the city campus where in case of main campus the fees is totally worth it as it has all the facilities.
The campus life in DSU is not as expected as the enjoyment expected is not up to the mark. But it conducts frequent activities in which students can engage and improve their communication skills and knowledge.
My experience in dayananda sagar college is satisfactory as the support from teachers and management is as good as it should be. But one drawback is the attendance criteria, it is mandatory for a student to have 85% in each subject.
Our college is good have all the facilities that what we want I will study in this college for 2 years it provides free wifi it have digital boarding system it gives all the facilities we have libraries etc.
Academics are good, teachers will teach good and give us hood guidance for all, teachers are friendly and teach very understanding manner job facilities are very good in our college campus selection also will happen.
We have good placement facilities and various companies will attend to our college regularly year by year.we can get good placement by our college.tearchers will support us in getting good placement to get job.
For my course it charges 7 lakhs for the year.i think it is not worth for my fees to this course.moatly less classes will conducted because it is bridge course.
Our campus have full grenary and good features.teachers are very friendly.
Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..
