As to the answer of your question, yes any student can study MCA course just by being eligible for various entrance exams and writing those exams some of the entrances of MCA are BIT MCA, IPU CET MCA, JNU MCA, NIMCET any many more, and when talking about the fees,the fees of various institute of MCA ranges from 1.5lacs to 7lacs, so yes it can be the affordable figure for a middle class,once you cracked the entrance test,be because fees of government institutes offering MCA is quite affordable.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will release UPSEE 2018 admit card from April 20 from 11:00 am onwards in online mode. 

In order to download UPSEE admit card 2018, you have to enter their application number of UPSEE 2018, date of birth and password.

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with science and mathematics as mandatory subjects with 45% minimum aggregate from UP board or any other board of education.
