• Online application forms are to be submitted by eligible students.

• Applicants are required to acquire merit in the qualifying examination and common entrance exam conducted by ICAR/CUET PG.

• Based on the merit scores acquired in the qualifying examination and common entrance exam conducted by ICAR/CUET PG, aspirants are shortlisted.

• Shortlisted aspirants are allotted seats based on their performance in the counselling process. 

• Seats are allotted according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the management.

RPCAU Pusa PhD Admission Process 2024:

• The University Registrar will receive applications from qualified candidates for RPCAU Pusa admission.

• The application for admission must be submitted in the format provided, which can be obtained by paying the appropriate fees at the Admission Office. 

• Applications for review and candidate selection are done by the RPCAU Pusa admission committee.

• Applicants wishing to enrol in the PhD programme must pass an entrance exam conducted by ICAR.

• The applicants will be interviewed by the Departmental Research Committee, which will also determine the final RPCAU Pusa admissions candidate list. 

• As instructed by the University, qualified candidates must enrol in the Department for a pre-registration course lasting one semester.

• Each student will be assigned a supervisor by the relevant Departmental Research Committee, taking into account both the scholar's and the supervisor's areas of interest at the time of RPCAU Pusa admission.
