    Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 12th standard level are eligible for all the B.Tech. Degree Programmes. However, 

    • Candidates appearing for the GIETEE should have secured an aggregate of 45% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).
    • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the C h e m i s t r y / Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering/Graphics/ Business Studies. 
    • Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. 
    • OR 
    • Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
    • Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 12th standard level are eligible for all the B.Tech. Degree Programmes. However,

    Admission Details

    • The admission will be purely based on the marks secured in the GIETEE, conducted by GIET UNIVERSITY. 
    • The candidates who have secured valid JEE Main rank are eligible to take part in the counseling process as 50% of the total seats are reserved for JEE Main/OJEE candidates. 
    • Candidates who have not appeared for the GIETEE/JEE Main/OJEE are not eligible for admission.
