Both the colleges are very good in this stream. But as per my opinion Vit is much better than Gitam for its infrastructure, faculties and placement. The campus is also very good in this college. The highest package offered in this institute is INR 39 Lakh per annum

I would suggest you to opt for better universities like VIT or SRM or BITS for Mechanical engineering. Because it’s worse in GITAM. Although you adjust or somehow manage and gain skills during engineering in GITAM but it’s highly unlikely that you would land in your core company
