In my opinion you should go for IIIT Pune (CSE).

IIIT Pune CSE students are getting packages of like 40, 36, 22, 26, 31 lakhs. For the first batch of IIIT Pune average package was 7.58, but for the second batch, the lowest package till now is 11 LPA.

The fees of all categories that has to be paid to the institute is same but the SC and ST candidates have a decent chance to acquire a large amount of this through scholarships. There are many category specified scholarships offered by state

IIIT Allahabad IT + Business informatics is a much better option.

Anyway i won’t suggest anyone for CSAI four year Btech course. Simply do CS/IT or prefer 5 year CS/IT with or without AI specialisation. It will work there.
