You can join IISER after completing BSc. You can apply for the integrated PhD programs offered at IISERs. The eligibility criteria for the same is to have a minimum of 60% marks in BSc. You can also apply by securing ranks below 800 in IIT JAM entrance test.

Your rank is fairly good enough to get biotechnology in any of the NITs across the nation. You can easily get biotechnology in the nits,
But according to me you need to clear jee advance. I order to get admission.

You can get into these above mentioned colleges from exams like KVPY, JEE Advanced and IISER Entrance Exam.

IIT and NIT eligibility criteria for PWD category candidates is 65% in your class 12 boards.
Mht CET colleges eligibility criteria is you need to get 50% marks .
For IISER you need to individually pass in all the subjects.
As you have got 334 marks out of 500 you have secured 66.8 % in your class 12 board which makes you eligible to appear for all the exams.

Every IISER has different norms. It depends upon the number of applicants getting an interview call letter. If you consider last year Scenario then IISER Pune called till rank 550 whereas IISER Mohali called each and everyone.
So, yes you can apply.
College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and laboratories and good libraries to us Class rooms are good.
We get very good food and the arrangement is good. Although you need to bring things like mattress, bucket etc. But otherwise hostel rooms are spacious and very clean. All other facilities mentioned are very good. We have good class room with well maintaining.
The college campus has wifi facility except for hostel rooms , but they are planning to provide there also . The college labs are well equipped and have everything you need will be there in the lab .
