Yes, candidates who have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry in 2019 or 2020 from a recognized board or university are eligible to get admission in IISER in Bachelor's Science.The admission in IISER is through SCB channel, KVYP and JEE advanced ( for Engineering courses). You need to apply through SCB channel for IISER.For admission in IISC a candidate must have appeared in NEET UG.

As NIOS is just like any other board like CBSE a student from NIOS Board can appear for any exam conducted national wide like NEET, NEST and other national wide exams.

You can join IISER after completing BSc. You can apply for the integrated PhD programs offered at IISERs. The eligibility criteria for the same is to have a minimum of 60% marks in BSc. You can also apply by securing ranks below 800 in IIT JAM entrance test.

Your rank is fairly good enough to get biotechnology in any of the NITs across the nation. You can easily get biotechnology in the nits,

But according to me you need to clear jee advance. I order to get admission.

IISER Mohali offers the following courses which your daughter can take after 12th:

• B.S. in Biological Sciences + M.S. in Biological Sciences
• B.S. in Mathematical Sciences + M.S. in Mathematical Sciences
• B.S. in Physical Sciences + M.S. in Physical Sciences
• B.S. in Chemical Sciences + M.S. in Chemical Sciences

They all are of 5 years in duration .

You can get into these above mentioned colleges from exams like KVPY, JEE Advanced and IISER Entrance Exam.

IIT and NIT eligibility criteria for PWD category candidates is 65% in your class 12 boards.

Mht CET colleges eligibility criteria is you need to get 50% marks .

For IISER you need to individually pass in all the subjects.

As you have got 334 marks out of 500 you have secured 66.8 % in your class 12 board which makes you eligible to appear for all the exams.

Every IISER has different norms. It depends upon the number of applicants getting an interview call letter. If you consider last year Scenario then IISER Pune called till rank 550 whereas IISER Mohali called each and everyone.

So, yes you can apply.

If you want to pursue research then the best institute in India is Indian Institute of Science. The best advantage it has over the IIT-Bombay is that the students there will get to see the research up close.

Then the next best is IISER as there also you will get more chances at becoming a scientist then IITs.
