The Department of Management Studies has a full-fledged Ph.D. programme in Management. With its liberal multidisciplinary approach, the department provides excellent ambiance for research amidst the world-class infrastructure at IIT Delhi. IIT Delhi has been ranked Second in the Business and Management category. Surpassed only by IIM Bangalore, DMS is ahead of all other IIMs, IITs and ISB. The research areas are broadly classified into the following areas: Economics; Finance & Accounting; Information Technology & Systems; Marketing; Operations, and Supply Chain Management; and Strategy, and Technology Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants are requested to check the eligibility criteria published in the latest Information Brochure given in the IIT Delhi website. IIT Delhi Homepage – Admission – PG Admission. As per the IIT Delhi norms, the applicants are expected to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Admission Details

Written test and Personal Interview: The written test and personal interview shall be done on the same day. Both the test and interview will examine the candidates’ communication skills – oral & written, academic disposition, aptitude for management research and research co-curricular activities. The test shall be for sixty minutes and of descriptive questions. Please do not ask for previous year exam papers as they could be completely different in every cycle.

College Infrastructure

IIT Delhi is a dream campus for many and so was for me, Delhi is a restricted area and thus the campus was not as big as other IITs but it was a dream campus, so well maintained and taken care of with all amenities provided.

Our college provide all the facilities.

College Infrastructure

Indian Institute of technology facilities is pretty decent and college infrastructure is also very nice. The quality of tenny food is too good and hostel facilities are also decent. Libraries are also available and its helps to improve our skills.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure and facilities provided by the College for our course is really good . The library online material , sports equipment , hostel , mess , canteen can be found inside the campus of DMS Delhi .
