Indus University, Ahmedabad has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Training sessions on personality development and communication skills are also conducted for students to help them prepare better for the overall recruitment process. The Training & Placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure.
The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Recruiters will then fix dates with Indus University, Ahmedabad to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview.
Students are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware about the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
Students of the university also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Students of Indus University, Ahmedabad who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interview namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.

Infrastructure of Indus University is good. It is maintained very good. And it is situated in very peaceful place having good environment for learning. Indus has very good labs, classrooms, library, sports and games etc. The quality of classrooms and labs are very good with all high tech instruments.
