PGD in Relationship Banking Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme at ITM Skills University, Navi Mumbai Offline Course

The Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme, in association with ITM Skills University, is a 1-year transformative initiative designed to groom aspiring professionals for a dynamic career in banking. With a focus on practical skill development and industry insights, this programme not only equips candidates with the knowledge required to thrive in the financial sector but also assures job placement with Kotak Mahindra Bank, offering a clear pathway to success in the ever-evolving world of banking and finance

• The Programme has a wholesome curriculum comprising of classroom learnings, leadership sessions, e-learning, Internship and On-the-Job training.
• The course structure includes sessions on core banking, specialized areas in banking, sales, general management, etiquette, grooming, personal presentation and language.
• The classroom sessions (04 months) will be conducted at ITM campus location and On the Job Training OJT (02 months) + Internship (06 month) will take place at any of the Kotak Mahindra Bank branches/offices across India.
• The candidates are paid stipend during their 04-month duration of the Classroom Programme and a stipend during the 02 months’ OJT period + 06 Month Internship period.
• On successful completion of all stages of the Programme, the NextGen Bankers will be joining Kotak Mahindra Bank as Branch Relationship Manager (Deputy Manager).
