Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyanga University has a Guidance and Placement Centre that guides the students in taking the best career-related students. It also prepares the students for the JRDU placement process. Students are moulded into personalities with a professional outlook. It also organises a special training programme to prepare disabled youths for their proper rehabilitation. JRDU placement process is given below in detail:
Invitation and Acceptance of Invitation - The Placement Cell of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyanga University sends an invitation to past and potential recruiters for the JRDU placement process.
Revert by the Recruiters - Interested companies accept the invitation and contact the Placement Cell for the further JRDU placement process.
Registration for participation in recruitment drive - Candidates interested for participating in the JRDU placement drive have to register with the placement cell.
Fixing of Dates - Upon mutual agreement between the company and the Placement Cell of the college, dates are fixed for conducting JRDU placement.
Delivery of Pre-Placement Talk by the Recruiters - Companies visiting Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyanga University to conduct a placement drive deliver a pre-placement talk so that the students are well aware of the basic policies followed by the company and students can clear all the queries.
Shortlisting of CVs - The CVs of the registered candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the academic requirements and only these students are allowed to be a part of the placement drive.
Screening Test Conducted by Recruiters - After the pre-placement talk is delivered by the recruiting company, written tests are taken by the recruiters to judge the technical skills and knowledge possessed by a student.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview - Students qualifying for the written test will have to participate in Group Discussion and candidates voicing their opinions and presenting their thoughts in front of the interviewers are selected for the interview. Candidates have to qualify for the personal interview once they qualify for the GD.
Final Selection and Offer Letters - Candidates qualifying all the stages of the JRDU placement process are finally selected and only these selected candidates are given offer letters.
