That's really an very impresssive rank. jamia millia islamiya college conducts its own entrance examination you have to qualify in it to make it into it. Written tests and interviews will also be conducted to the students to give oppurtunities to the most deserving candidate. The competition will be very high as it is one amongst the india's best college and every student dreams to get seat in it. jee ranks and scores has nothing to with it. You surely have to appear for the entrance examination and qualify in it.

most of the colleges publish the closing rank of any particular stream.  and every year cutoff changes so it is really difficult to predict percentile base cutoff. however after researching previous years score you need to have 250+ in barch entrance to get admission in jamia milia islamia.

I am sorry to say but you won't have much chance to get a seat in JMI with 74 percentile in JEE Mains. The Average cutoff for Muslim OBC in JMI goes around 127 marks. You should look for other colleges to get admission.
