As your score in Jee mains examination is 61.21 percentile and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

With 150 marks, your probable rank will be 17,667 - 19,267 and percentile will be between 97 to 99. Based on the previous year merit lists you are likely to get BTech CSE in Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi in the third or fourth round of cut off.

Yes you can go for ba history hons from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi though you are from science background, because a science student can choose arts or commerce subject but arts students can't go for science.

What minimum marks is required for Muslim Candidate to get CSE at jmi 2019

JMI cut off is usually available in the form of rank. And as per rank, the 2018 cut off for the last round of counseling in the CSE department, for Muslim candidate was: 35,303 (AIR).
