Hi Rahat,

Usually there are othe exam centres like Lucknow,Patna,Kolkata, Calicut,Guwahati,Delhi and Srinagar.

Sorry, but as per the corrigendum released by JMI on 15 th march states that no UG admission test will be held outside Delhi centre.

Therefore the Diploma Admission test proposed to be held; will be conducted in Delhi centre only

Hello.

1. Start with basics:
The entrance test for BBA is a basic management and aptitude test. Questions in the exam mostly comprise of concepts we have learnt from Class fifth to Class tenth. The knowledge of class eleventh and twelfth is tested in the Maths section and that too the basic knowledge.
2. Practice makes a man perfect:
Practicing as many questions and sample papers as possible. The more your practice the more you get an idea of variety of questions and their answers. While practicing variety of questions you can develop your own approach to treat an answer. Also, with more and more practice, chances of answering wrong gets reduced
3. Learn tricks and shortcuts:
One cannot score high in the entrance exam by simple following the traditional way of answering that you learnt in school. This is because the method we have learnt is long and time consuming. If you answer questions through that method then chances of losing time during the entrance test is very high
4. Time management:
These tests are mostly about time management. You have to answer about 120-150 questions in about two hours. That means you are given one minute for each answer. The minute you spent extra time on any question, your time mismanagement begins
5. Accuracy:
Do not forget about the negative marking in BBA entrance test. Most of the institutes include negative marking in their exam pattern. You have to think twice before you marking your answer
6. General Knowledge:
Start reading newspaper from today only. This is because general knowledge is an important of most of the tests. You must have an idea of what is happening around the world. History, geography, basic Science and entertainment also forms a part of this section.

The question pattern is simple- some basic maths( Quantitative aptitude),Reasoning, GK and English.

For preparation of Quants and Reasoning, nothing can substitute practice. Since its basic quant and reasoning, so a little practice would help you to get ahead of your competitors. For GK, update yourself with current affairs. and if nothing, get at least that thin Arihant GK book. Read that regularly. “Lucent” (GS Book) would do too, but the question paper level isn’t that difficult. I would suggest make more use of internet for online GK tests and quizzes. You never know the paper setter might be using the same link! plus it includes current affairs. Do not forget to revise the GK stuff before exam.

Coming to the English part, I have only one answer- just read as much as you can. Try to work out the meaning of unfamiliar words while reading by their usage and root words. Vocabulary can be improved by reading only. If you are very dedicated, can devote time and wanna improve your vocab and English forever read ‘Word Power Made Easy’ by Norman Lewis, believe me it will exponentially enhance your vocabulary. That’s it. Study hard and keep yourself calm during exam, you will crack it easily.

Hope this is helpful.

Good luck.

Hey Mahboob.
See it is difficult for one to predict whether u will get which college to pursue ur btech career as u have been provided with the percentile score in ur slot only and that too in ur shift only.
Wait until the concerned authority i.e. NTA announces the final result then u can expect the college for ur further study.
About getting JMI UNIVERSITY u should be having the marks with u which u can calculate with simple formula.
Marks : (100- percentile)*764489/100.
Hope u got ur point. Ask if any query
Good luck

The campus was not at all maintained well. The basic facilities were there but in bad condition, the expectations that i had from he campus were not fulfilled as the delhi univeristy campus was better.

The Environment is very peaceful inside the campus.
