Currently I am doing diploma in engg(electronic engg) after highschool from jmi. Can I get admission in btech (mechanical) in amu?

You can definitely get Lateral entry admission to Aligarh Muslim University and must have secured minimum 50%aggregate marks in Diploma.

Students need to appear for entrance exams in April and counselling begins in June 2019 tentatively.

Admission is directly into 2nd year engineering.

Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering is provides.

You are able to take admission

but I do think that you should take it as fast as possible mainly for the fact that the seats are sought after

and students will try and get in as fast as possible

I have a general rank 110 in BFA applied art entrance exam. Will I get admission in the course?

Considering that the total number of seats in Jamia Millia for BFA is 30, you might face a bit of difficulty in getting admission with a gen. Rank of 110. However, you are encouraged to turn up for 2nd/later counsellings as vacancies may crop up.
