For general candidate marks should be above 200 than you are safe if marks are 180-200 than you are in waiting list and able to clear in hoti 3rd round of counseling.

Aware about more option if mark are less or you are at boundary . Otherwise no worries

If that college is regular basis you have to go regularly otherwise  you can ask to you college dean if they will allow you to private, give some valid reasons like you are doing coaching or something else may be they will allow you.

According to me the jee main cut off for computer science in JMI last year was different for candidates of different category.The cut off for general and other reserved candidates are :

GEN- 150

obc -120

MUSLIM CAT-130

SC- 80
