To get admission in JMI you have to qualify JEE mains and you have to go through JOSAA counselling.
If you scored well approx 160 marks in mains then only you will be able to get into JMI as JMI ranked 6 this year by INDIA TODAY other than IITs

With this csore you ahve less chances to get admission in JMI. If you want then you can try for private colleges.
DTU only....it is good for mechanical as it has high placement and advance faculty......
