well admission chances seem difficult, but there might be chances. Check your cutoff programme wise, which you have not specified here.

Hi, There is nothing much released officially but for your information, if you are a non muslim candidate assumingly then you will have to score above 200 to be in the selection list.

In Jamia Millia Islamia PWD category is divided into PWD-Hearing Impairement, PWD-Blind low vision and PWD-Locomotor Disability.

Based on your marks you have chances in PWD category to get a seat.
