it is said that 3 year bachelor's degree is the eligibility criteria for M.A Sociology in JMI. Can i apply for it with 4 year B.Tech degree. Is that possible?

The official website also mentions that the eligibility for Jamia entrance exam is graduation in any discipline with more than 55% marks. So I don't think it will be a problem if you've done B Tech as long as you got more than 55% marks.

As per the norms, you have to submit the scanned version of the original document which will be used to tally your provided information during the verification. So try to collect the document if possible else., contact the authority if they say then only do it.
