Hello. Congrats on securing this rank. Its bit difficult to secure a seat here as per last year cuttoff. But I would recommend to wait and check the cuttoff.

yes you can change your stream in jamia but the there is not as such formal procedure or online application form .after the completion of your first year you can visit the administration and ask for stream change . they will provide you the application form and guide you further

It cannot be predicted. The cut off changes every year. Last year general cut off was 230 marks. No idea about muslim women because it changes every year.. .

No there is no entrance exam for admissions in Jamia Milia Islamia after qualifying NEET. Candidates have to appear for NEET Entrance Test.
