i don't think you will face much problem with that because in your jmi application form you have filled yourself as a pwd student .jee mains and jamia counselling are quite separate ones .but be sure you can provide right documents for your pwd category on the day

The authorities will not conduct any entrance examination and JMI B.Tech admission 2020 will be done on the basis of JEE Main scores. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their scores and called for counselling of JMI B.Tech admission 2020. Confirmation of admission has to be done
