As per your requirement, i would say that for your required college for diploma engineering self finance in jmi, you need to qualify the eligibility criteria and cut off.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

When jmi was conducting their own entrance exam, cutoff for muslim categoryis around 90 and for general category is around 105. 
For Muslim Women cutoff is 75. 
This data is for the academic session 2014-15.
