As per your marks, your rank and your category you are eligible for both  Centralize Counselling & All India Quota/Deemed/Central Universities & ESIC as well as Delhi NEET counselling 2019 Registration. As per your question you are eligible all india quota in deemed universities as well as Central Universities

Jamia Milia Islamia offers 50 seats for BDS course but does not  offer MBBS. It offers only BDS and Physiotherapy courses.
