I am pursuing masters in physical chemistry. I am interested in science and technology especially the branch of physical chemistry. The professors are good and well educated. The curriculum needs some changes to get more updated in future.
Students get placement every year in some of the courses. I personally haven't talked to anyone who got placed so i don't know about the salary package and other details. Hoping more students in future to get placements.
It doesn't cost much. It was just 6k to 7k per year. Jamia is cost friendly institution which paves way for poor students also to get admission. Yes, it is worth the money we pay for our courses as the academic is good.
This is the best college ever. The memories will be cherished forever. The students, teachers and other staff are quite supportive in every aspect. The vicinity is quite environment friendly. The campus in its whole is mesmerizing with greenery all around. It's like, once you enter jamia you never want to leave from there. The best college ever. We call it our second home. Best faculty with some best courses. Best food. And above all the campus in its whole is the best. I would recommend everyone to visit and take admissions in jamia. You will never regret. I have spent my five years in jamia and it feels like home now. The sports complex of jamia is best ever. Jamia is the best rated and best ranked college in India. Hope to see jamia achieving more endeavours in future. Jamia is the best!
Yes, my university has all the facilities. The university has a separate library alongwith a main library with seating options of around 300-500 students. It has a high quality sports complex which was used during commonwealth games as well and we have a number of hostels as well which hygienic foods. The living spaces are great as well.
I was studying B.Com and the faculty was of very high standard with loads of experience. I got campus placement from the university. We had the updated syllabus and we studied about all the new changes in our contries economics.
The quality of placement was decent as well as we had a number of companies which came for campus placement. Around 70% of the students got placed with an average salary of 3-5 LPA. The placement process was very convenient as the drive was conducted in our own campus.
Our annual fee was just 7k per year. So, I'd say it was definitely worth it.
I got a lot of experience in the university because of the diversity of students wehad there. It was very helpful to nurture both my social as well as academic knowledge.
As the name of my university is Jamia Millia Islamia from its name only one can imagine the infrastructure of the facilities and the equipments which may be available there and of course they may be well maintained and are in use. As I have not yet been to my University so I am not well aware about the classroom celebrities on the libraries stop I have seen once while entrance and they seemed to be very good and well maintained. Yes all the living spaces are clean and spacious.
I am doing my diploma in mechanical engineering from this university as heard from many of my known persons about this university and also it ranked among top 10 central universities of India. The quality of teaching is awesome. The teachers are very supportive and polite to each and every student.
Being a student of covid-19 batch I am not well aware about the placements or the quality of placements. But as heard from some of the peoples was studying in the university that the placements provided here are very good full stop the placement processes may be easy and please and for each and every one that will come to know in the coming years.
My college has all the necessary things. I have all kind of facility in my college. It has wifi facility which provided to all the students, staff and faculty members. Infrastructure of college has its own history.

I have 30k for my course and I feel it has worthy. Because the quality of teaching is good and the responses are very high.
I dont have words to describe my university campus. It is one of the best campus I have ever seen. If you ever face any difficulties near by college it has established a hospital called dr. M.A Ansari health center and it has provided full service. The location is okhla
If I become successful I will help needy students of my college.
It is good as everyone expects as their college would be. It includes various facilities to provides students the proper exposure to opportunities which helps differently for their development and advancement.
I am pursuing B.A. LL. B(Hons.) because I am interested in the legal field and want to become an expert in the respective field. The quality of teaching is good, and other things depend on individual effort.
The Placements are also good in the Jamia, and students are achieving great packages in various fields. In my course, there are some people who achieved great like since I was in Jamia 4 of my senior crack DJS exam and 2 of them are also qualified for UPSC Mains.
It cost around for the course of B.A. LL.B(Hons.) is around Rs. 40,000, and it is worth it.
The campus life is awesome. It provides great opportunities for the students to indulge in various activities apart from academics and sports. It also has various clubs like theatre, arts, literary, etc., which helps anyone who wants o excel in those fields, and the ambiance is also good.
Not particularly.
One of the best colleges in India with the finest campus. The greenery around the campus is mesmerizing. Wifi facilities are available throughout 254 acres of the university. Zakir Hussain library is an air-conditioned library with more than 3 lakh books in it.
I'm pursuing B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) program which is currently ranked at 8th position in NIRF University rankings. Jamia Millia Islamia has one of the best faculties teaching us. Zakir Hussain library has more than 3 lakh books stored.
There are not many placement opportunities for B.A.LLB. students at FOL. The course itself makes students capable of finding their own dream jobs. Even in the pandemic, The university has come up with innovative ideas for students.
I have to pay RS. 10,400 for a year, which is the most value for money law program in the whole of India. Compared to other top-notch law colleges Jamia provides the best value for a money law program.
Yes JMI has all the necessary infrastructure and other equipment we need. In my class room there is mostly all equipment we need. We have also the access of all facilities like library, sport centres , hostels and many other things which is already mentioned in the above question. Yes, the living space is clean and hygienic. If I talk about my course there is a proper Lab. includes Solar Geyser, Solar Inverter, Solar Thermal Unit and many more experimental setup and many more electronic devices.
I am studying Solar Energy because in now and upcoming days the future of Solar Energy is very bright and clear, that's why I selected this course and started developing myself for the upcoming opportunities. Yes, this course makes me job ready because as the name of my course is Bachelor's of Vocational Studies, in Vocational course there is a particular On Hand Training for a certain period of time. In my course there is a total 4 months training in my 3rd year which make me ready for the Job.
The Placements are also Good. The Companies which are come in for placements are examine the abilities as well as academic percentage of the students, then the companies select the student based on his overall performance. The the placement is not so hard, for make it easy there is a particular teem which looks on the placements process. Yes, the our Placement Cell is very supportive.
The fees of my course is 44500/- Annually which includes 2 semester. Yes, its worth because If we go for the same course in another college so we clearly see the difference.
The campus life is totally depends on the student, I mean how is he? like he is creative minded, dedicated towards his study and many more reason. But overall the campus life is very good and peaceful. The teachers, students and staff all are supportive to each other. The location is New Delhi. Yes its safe, there is many facilities like Hospital, Police Station and many more things for emergency purpose.
Being ranked 1 central University of India it has very lucrative infrastructure and the campuses are quite greenery. It has an exceptional library. Wifi facilities are also their. The essence is that it has adequate facilities.
Teachers especially in my department are quite qualified. They are theoretically, technically and conceptually sound. Regular Seminars, Workshop and campus to corporate sessions added a feather in the cap of students development.
Placement are relatively not good. Jamia needs to do work more on Placements. It should have proper placement team that approach the professionals across sectors & industries and urge them to visit the campus...
Return on Investment is high. Jamia's fee is an important factor that attracts students. I completed my MBA(FT) only in Rs35,700. Fee is more than justifiable and it is the least amongst the same category of colleges.
Lucrative campus life. Once a Jamian, always a Jamian. Teachers aree very supportive and encouraging..I am missing my friends too much after completing my college...I captured the best memories of my life their...
Everything is fine....Jamia needs to work aggressive on placement.
Jamia Millia Islamia has a beautiful campus spread over 250+ acres of area. Jamia has several faculties, departments and learning centres that are equipped with wifi, modern Labs and Libraries. Jamia's Central library is fully air-conditioned with a capacity for about 6 Lakhs books and a seating capacity of 1275 users. There are seven boys hostels, 5 Girls hostels and hostels for specially-abled students. Moot Court, Sports Complex, Auditorium and Food Canteens are present inside the campus.
I'm a Law Undergrad from Jamia. There are two batches for the same course, Regular and Self Finance. Most of the Professors are very helpful and highly qualified, some of them have written various books in the field of law. Overall curriculum of Law is good but not up to the mark if anyone wishes to go in Corporate. For Civil Aspirants and Litigation enthusiasts, it is no doubt one of the best institutes in India. Library and Moot court facilities are available in the Law Faculty.
Placements in Jamia are not comparable to IITs or NLUs but they are quite good. Placement data in the Law Faculty is not encouraging but in engineering department placements take place in good numbers. The average salary package is between 3 LPA to 5 LPA.
Jamia university is providing education at a very minimal cost. Students from any kind of Financial Background can come and study. Fee payment can be done in installments. Being a student at central university, you will definitely get your money's worth. Jamia is providing a number of opportunities at a very less price in a city like Delhi.
Campus Life at Jamia is the best. The campus is vast and beautiful surrounded by greenery and lush green lawns. More than 20 Canteens provide delicious food all day long. Castro is one of the best canteens for any kind of fast food at very reasonable rates whereas for a complete meal Central canteen is the best. The crowd is very diverse in Jamia, people are present from all parts of the country and overseas as well.
Jamia ranked 16th by NIRF in Overall India, 10th among universities, and 9th in Law in 2020. Mass Communication of JMI is one of the best in this country, there are various notable alumni from the Mass Comm. department of Jamia. Scholarships and coaching facilities are available for eligible students.
Yes my college has a very beautiful infrastructure all the necessary facilities and yes it is less equipped. We have a old fashioned classroom,no laboratories ,one personnel library ,a seperate sports centre and wifi connection also .Yes they all are used and maintained well .yes the living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.
I am persuing Diploma in Elementary Education because after completing my High school I thought that it is a safe and secure job for ladies. No I don't think my curriculum needs to be updated and it has all the recent developments in its respective fields.
The placement quality is very bad or very poor,as compared to the other departments,my seniors are struggling too much now a days also ,yet they are CTET qualifiers yet they don't have a government job.No the placement process was not easy and pleasant for us.
The course cost 6900 per year.Yes I am getting my money's worth because I am receiving more than this which I have given to Jamia in the form of fees. The teachers team and the teaching quality is very appreciative and makes me job ready.
We have very beautiful campus having two dome shaped classroom,a huge hockey ground,a personal library,a mosque ,a char Bagh and a disabled washroom. We have many cultural activities like nss camp , NCC camp and many cultural activities like this.we have different clubs also.the teachers students support is also appreciative.Yes the location is convenient and safe and it handles emergencies.
I have a lot of words to describe the beauty and the culture and civilization it has .The wide range of teachers team , teachers students coordination and the campus it has is the very appreciative and beautiful part of the Jamia.
With 81.69 percentile in JEE Main under the General EWS category, getting ECE in JMI, AMU, JNU, or NIT Hamirpur would be quite difficult. For these institutes, the cutoff for ECE usually stays higher, often above 90–95 percentile for EWS candidates. JMI and AMU tend to have competitive cutoffs because of limited seats, while JNU and NIT Hamirpur also require a higher percentile. However, you still have good chances in other NITs, IIITs, or state-level colleges where the cutoff percentile is comparatively lower.

Hello Sakina
If money is not the issue, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is preferred for BDS due to a superior clinical exposure and national credentials.
DY Patil is a good private alternative with better infrastructure and comfort but usually less patient inflow and market value.
Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!
