Since I got admission in jamia around 4 months earlier and I haven't got the chance to sit in the classroom and learn from our teachers due to covid. I visited the campus just to get myself enrolled and after observing our Campus in that brief time I fell in love with its infrastructure the old buildings red colour buildings they looked really amazing, as far as classes are concerned, hostels, labs I am not aware of that as I mentioned I didn't get the chance to study in campus yet.
I am currently pursuing my MBA(IB) from jamia. I am doing it because I always wanted to do MBA as I am from commerce background and I have keen interest in doing business further in my life so doing MBA seemed viable to me. The quality of education is excellent in MBA as you are being taught by the epitome of faculties, they are highly qualified, their way of teaching is easily understandable. The curriculum is up to date, since we are attending classes from home. I feel I am lacking exposure.
Jamia is a decent college and as far as placements are concerned almost 80% of the batch is placed in different sectors including marketing, consulting, product management, finance, ecommerce. The highest salary package last year was around 14 lacs and average goes between 7-8 lacs pa which is pretty decent when you are giving just around fifty thousand for your whole MBA. It has a very good ROI. The college constantly gives us chance to fill up the internships and also helps in placements.
As I have mentioned above Jamia Milia islamia has a very good ROI as compared to other private colleges jamia provides 7-8 lacs average job package against a fees of 25 thousand per year, 50 thousand and your MBA is completed. I definitely feel it's value for money as we are getting everything top class by paying so less fees.
I haven't really enjoyed or even witnessed my campus life yet and I am in my second semester and is really pisses me off. I really want to enjoy the campus life but due to covid it's almost been a year since we are attending online classes. I took admission in the capital city just to get exposure, industrial work experience but nothing have I achieved till now.
I have shared everything possible I just want the colleges to go back to normal so we can have normal MBA and a normal life
Due to covid19 we don't have that much experience about everything but the infrastructure are seems good. Due to pandamic we are not able to get offline classes. Therefore I cannot comment on that area.
Due to covid19 we don't get physical classes and due to shot semester quality of teaching have been compromised. But many faculty are very good in there subjects. Till now we don't have any physical interaction.
As I am freshers and due to covid19 I don't have exact idea about placement. We have tried to get more information about placement but they also not very clear about that due to covid19. Till now as I heard which is around 70%.
Yes it is value for money because faculty are very good which I know and at that fee if you getting degree with very much recognised college what more you can aspect.
We don't have campus experience due to covid19.
Good for learning.
College has beautiful infrastructure with all necessary facilities. Teaching staff consists experience and knowledgeable faculty. The library is well equipped with great books and the librarians also are very helpful.
Curriculum is upto date and relevant to present scenario. The faculty development programmes/seminars/workshops are regularly organized by the department. This course is one of the sought-after courses at Jamia Millia Islamia and it attracts students from all over the country and abroad.
As located in the Heart of Capital ,it has decent placement record. Placement cell is very active and help in getting both Internship opportunity and Job placement. Most of the students get placed. ..
As central government University fee is very nominal.
JMI has excellent infrastructure for various courses it provides. Like in my course BHM our department have a kitchen, a mini restaurant for the practicals and clean well spaced classes with smart boards and have libraries, sport center, theatre, and wi fi facility for every individuals and of course a clean campus and hostels have hygienic food
I am Pursuing BHM in JMI and yes I have to say that I am satisfied what the teachers and their teaching one thing about the teachers is that they know the hospitality industry very well and I have gained so much under their guidance
JMI has a very good record for placement. as JMI was in top 5 central universities in whole India so big companies also have eyes on the JMI students. And teachers are also very supportive and want their students to be placed.
It has a fee of around 35,000 per year. And I feel this amount of fee worth it because the BHM is more about practicals then theory and department conduct all the practicals and provide all the necessary equipments and items and there are or more facilities inside the campus like sport center, libraries.
The one thing I like most about JMI is it's campus. I personally spent most of my time in the campus after the classes JMI has a very great and nice campus. There are so many things for students to do in the campus there is a sport center, theatre
JMI has excellent infrastructure and teachers for the students. I myself thing teachers are the one who makes you what you want to be without the guidance of the teachers you are just a stranger in the crowd and jamia has such teachers.
The college is well maintained, has a lush environment, well equipped class and very nice canteens. Apart from central library which is very well maintained and very resourceful, the college also has department libraries. The reading halls are air conditioned and ideal place for studying.
I am pursuing MBA International Business. The quality of teaching is good but lacks a practical approach now as we are having a virtual mode of teaching. Things will get better once the pandemic is over and when we have classroom mode of teaching.
The quality of placement is up to the mark. It has a very good Return of Investment. Average packages is of 6-7 Lacks p.a. The Highest salary package offered last year was 10-11 Lacks p.a. for MBA FT/IB.
The course fee is Rs 33000 per year. It is certainly very affordable fee for a B school.
Best feature of the college campus is that it is very clean and has many canteens with very nice food at a very pocket friendly rate. The campus is very well connected to rest of the city. There is a metro station barely 1-2 km from the campus.
If we consider infrastructure,i think it has a very good one. Building are built with red color bricks and have facilities of WiFi and labs. Every department has their own canteens and Libraries. Common playgrounds for every sports.
I was interested in pursuing hotel management and later it became my passion. Jamia is an institute compared to the IHM's of the country. Most faculty members are doctorate degree holders in thier respective fields.
Many big hotel chains participated in campus placements. The average salary package is quite good. Almost every student was placed in reputed chanis. Avg salary was about 4 lpa. Thier placements are one of the best in Delhi.
It has a great value for money. Being a government college the fees is very low. And thus, value for money is incredible. I am absolutely satisfied by the fees structure of jamia.
The campus life is quite great. There are many things to keep one busy. Faculties helps a lot to get students placed every year. Almost every students are open minded and welcoming. Seniors are also very supportive.
I am glad to be a part of this institution. You'll get the best hostels and cultural events here.
Yes my college has a very beautiful infrastructure all the necessary facilities and yes it is well equipped. We have a dome shaped classroom a separate hostel, wife connection but not smart board.yes they all used and maintained Very well.
I am Persuing Diploma in Elementary Education because this is a boon in disguise course in this unemployment era.No I don't think my curriculum needs to be updated it has already all the recent developments.
The placement quality is muchow as compared to the other colleges or other courses ,but yet it provides quality teaching.I really don't have any idea about the placement salary .My senior have qualified CTET and many state teaching exams .
The cost of my course is ₹6,900 per year.Yes I am getting my money's worth because in this situation where all the private and also govery college charges a High fees but Jamia demands only this much and the quality teaching is Laos the best among others.
The best and the unforgettable experience of my college is its campus life.We have a huge hockey ground char Bagh ,two dome shaped classroom and a personal library. We have two canteens too.Yes it's location is safe and it handles emergencies.
I can't explain the overall experience of Jamia because it is speechless .I never forget Jamia because it gives ana enormous beautiful memories.
Jamia has a great infrastructure, facilities and equipment. They provide free wi-fi. The library is well equipped with great books and the librarians also are very helpful. Hostels have hired maids for cleaning and other needs. Hostels serve hygienic food.
The curriculum is up to date and the faculty has knowledge about their subjects. My batch is having online classes due to the corona pandemic .But the most of the faculty is nice, knowledgeable and have done made remarkable contribution to their respective fields
Since ,our batch have 3 more semesters to go . Most departments that offer Arts and social sciences courses don't have a placement cell. But the departments that do offer placements have active placement cells. Most people who have studied from Jamia get campus placement.

The Environment of the University is Home Like. Education is commendable. Everyone treats like one of them. The University is diversified and really takes care of their students. Its infrastructure is huge and special care is taken regarding hygiene.
Done my graduation and persuing MBA from Jamia and the faculty is good. The syllabus keeps updating relevant to current standards. New case studies keeps pouring and teachers really pushes students in making them understand.
Placements are average. New companies keep coming and old companies really trust the institute. One can expect average placement package and placement in respected companies. One can easily enroll themselve in good internships.
Being a central university the cost of education is really low and value of education is guaranteed. Anyone from any income background can benefit themselves from the low cost of education. Its value for money.
The environment of college campus is great and really fun. Students can take part in regular activites that will develop their skills in a great and practical way.
The infrastructure of the Jamia Millia Islamia university is very good with all the lab and equipments ,One can see a lot of greenery on the campus which gives a great life to the surroundings , food is available in our college canteen and is quite good.
The teachers in our college are highly qualified and excellent they gives us idea about the ongoing scenarios in the outside world not only what is in the text, most of the visiting faculty members are very good too. Their way of teaching was very interesting.
Many students get paced in good companies after completing graduation , but after completing masters most of the students got placement in good companies and at great packages. There are a number of courses in our university and every course has a minimum of 80% placement every year.
My course fees is only 40k per year . in terms of teaching we are getting more than we have paid for the course and in addition the campus has a very great ambience.
Jamia Millia Islamia is famous for its campus life , the exposure we get here is found only at handful of universities.
Jamia Millia Islamia is the best central university in India. It also ranked #1 in the latest NIRF rankings.
