You just need to have english as a subject it doesn't matter if it's additional or compulsory. So dear student yes you are eligible for neet if you ask as you have English as a subject. While if you are a general category student you should must have marks above 50% as a aggregate in physics, chemistry, biology . While if you belong from reserved category then 40% is required as said above.

And dear student now AIIMS and JIPMER have been scrapped off from the shelves now only one exam will be conducted by NTA that is neet ug and no other exam will be conducted. I hope this was clear to you

I understand at this point of time every student is confused as there is no such information is released by the officials that should be realised by them so that students preparing for the exam can get proper information about the exam and syllabus.  student I would suggest you to prepare for Neet as your preparing it is if there will be any upgradation in the syllabus information will be out really soon . So my suggestion to you is to concentrate accordingly and concentrate on your subjects and prepare for Neet. There has been no changes made in neet question pattern yet. Only instead of aiims and jimper exam there will be a single exam that is neet. And exam pattern will be same.

If any changes will be done that is will be announced by nta till 2 dec.

Till now there has been no changes done.

The website clearly mentions that if the photo uploaded is not as per the instructions, the application is liable to be rejected. However, you can always contact their help desk and if they say it willbe cancelled, you can fill your form again. All the best

As neet is a three-hour long exam which includes three sections physics, chemistry and biology, one should pay equal attention to these subjects. ... A total of 180 questions are asked- 90 from biology and 45 each from physics and chemistry

For your kind information from this year onwards Neet JIPMER and AIIMS will be conducted all together.

They will follow same form same result same councelling and same syllabus and all. It is advisable to you that focus on NCERT Books it will help you very much.

The authorities have mentioned that multiple applications per candidate will not be entertained. Unfortunately JIPMER PG has no correction window. Yes , now there will be no separate exams for AIIMS ug and Jipmer ug, these exams have been scrapped off , now these exams have been included in neet and now from 2020 , admission to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer will be basis of the marks obtained by students in neet. So , now neet is the only gateway to all all medical colleges of India,  so you need to prepare well for it. Good luck

Dear Sandip, From 2020, there would be no AIIMS and JIPMER entrance exams. The admissions to these Institutes will be done through NEET. How the counselling will be conducted is still unknown but NEET will be the entrance examination for admission to all 15 of AIIMS branches and 2 of JIPMER branches. And some information about NEET:

ELIGIBILITY:


  • Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
  • No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019

Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020

Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020

Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

For MPH there only 18 seats, I was fortunate enough to get admission, air conditioned classrooms, Hostel is above average, mess could be better. hostel room has all the required things, cupboard, bedding etc. has a playground and library.
