According to the OBC shortlisted list for 2019-20, total number of students are 370 and the last student secured 98.8726610 percentile and the total number of seats for OBC is 37 which means only 37 students among 370 students will get admission and as per the recent notice,

The ones with higher marks (usually above 780/800) get JIPMER PONDICHERRY, while the range comes down to 750–760 in JIPMER KARAIKAL. I'm talking about UR category.
It is mainly due to the fact that many students don't risk coming to Karaikal as it's a new and developing campus.

As the jipmer held at 2 June you would be able to know your marks in the form of percentile before or on 21 June.
You belong to obc category and jipmer has set 40 percentile as the qualifying marks for obc students.

For MPH there only 18 seats, I was fortunate enough to get admission, air conditioned classrooms, Hostel is above average, mess could be better. hostel room has all the required things, cupboard, bedding etc. has a playground and library.
