The boy's hostels of the university have well-furnished and ventilated rooms. Each hostel has a study room for students. Basic facilities like mess, tv room etc. are available at boys hostels.

KIMS Karad has separate girls' hostels for students. The rooms of the girl's hostels are furnished, and spacious and offer comfortable stays to students. Furthermore, a mess is available at every hostel to serve nutritious meals to students.

A multi-speciality hospital is there at the university that provides medical care to students, staff and faculty members. The hospital has facilities for critical care, endoscopic surgeries, dialysis, cardiology, cardio-vascular-thoracic surgery etc.

The university has two gyms - one for cardio and the other one for weight training. Both gyms have the latest equipment for students to use.
