Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development [P.G.D.H.R.D.]is one-year's (2 semesters) program offered by Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. The PG Diploma program imparts essential knowledge in HR in different sectors. To manage and handle the challenges of the changing world and to make them capable of taking a competent and confident approach to solving organizational problems related to the human resource.


Eligibility Criteria

The Student should be graduate from any discipline or a three-year Diploma holder with at least one year of experience  in an organization. Qualifying candidates will be assessed from 80 marks based on his/Her academic record and work experience They will be assessed from 20 marks based on personal interview.
