72 MonthsPh.D Humanities and Social Sciences programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
M.A./M.Com. or equivalent degree with 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks.
Master’s degree in Science with 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks may be considered for research areas consistent with the academic background and special interest.
