With a CLAT rank of 36,680 under the SC category and female quota, securing a seat in the top NLUs might be challenging. However, you could explore mid-tier NLUs like DSNLU Vishakhapatnam (closing rank ~10,500), NLU Odisha (~9,800), or HPNLU Shimla (~12,000) based on SC category cutoffs.
For better chances, consider state reservation or domicile advantages, especially in NLUs like DSNLU, if Andhra Pradesh domicile applies. Lower-tier NLUs might also offer opportunities

Use CLAT predictor tool to know your chances in nlus and it also helps in filing choice preference which plays important role in admission counselling process.
However, this score is not good for NLU but keep an eye on later rounds if there is seat left mostly in tier 3 law colleges.
Even though it might seem hard, stay hopeful. Do your research, keep up with counseling,
Good luck!!
Hello,
Based on previous year CLAT cutoffs , securing an All India Rank (AIR) of 10,000 with an EWS rank of 900 makes it challenging to secure a seat in the top National Law Universities (NLUs). However, you may have a chance in lower-ranked NLUs or newer ones under the EWS category. Here's a general idea based on trends:
Likely NLUs for EWS rank ~900 :
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat (DBRANLU)
National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA)
Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam (DSNLU)
Maharashtra National Law University (Aurangabad or Nagpur)
Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla (HPNLU)
Hope it helps !
With an All India OBC rank of 2289 in CLAT PG 2025, your chances of getting into a National Law University (NLU) are moderate but could vary depending on factors such as category-wise seat availability, preferences, and the specific NLU's cut-off trends. For OBC candidates, ranks above 2000 might face challenges at top-tier NLUs, although mid-tier NLUs may still be within reach. You can use the CLAT College Predictor for more precise predictions tailored to your profile.

Hello,
Based on your All India Rank (AIR) of 42,172, category rank of 838 (presumably for ST), ST Women rank of 456, and AIR Women rank of 25,184, your chances of securing a seat in a National Law University (NLU) through CLAT depend largely on the cutoffs from previous years.
In general, candidates with ST category ranks under 1,000 often secure seats in NLUs, though this can vary by the NLU and the program. Top NLUs like NLSIU Bengaluru or NALSAR Hyderabad may be difficult to secure at your rank, but mid-tier or lower-tier NLUs could be within reach, particularly those with ST-specific seats or those in states with lower competition for ST category candidates.
Additionally, your ST Women rank might provide an edge for NLUs with gender-based reservations. Focus on NLUs like RMLNLU, HNLU, or DSNLU, which have historically had higher cutoffs for reserved categories. Keep an eye on vacancy rounds for additional opportunities.
Hope it helps !
Hello,
Here is an overview based on previous year cutoff marks :-
With a rank of 3204 in CLAT PG 2025 for the general category, getting admission to top NLUs is highly unlikely, as their cutoffs are generally much lower, often falling within the top 100-200 ranks.
However, you may have a chance at lower-ranked NLUs, particularly those with fewer applicants or higher seat availability. Based on previous years, universities like NLU Odisha, NLU Assam, or NLU Jodhpur may be possible options, depending on the year's counseling dynamics and the number of seats available.
You can also use the CLAT college predictor tool to predict which college you can get based on your score or rank.
Hope it helps !
With a clat rank of 3585 and in 2025 in the general category. If you want to secure a seat in a top NLU, IT might be difficult. But you still have a chance to getting the lower NLU or other reputable law schools. the factors would be the seat availability then number of seats available in the NLU and also the counselling process. definitely prepared your documents for document verification also considered other NLU or other state law colleges as backup CLAT COLLEGE PREDICTOR

Well with an EWS rank of 2767 in CLAT 2025 it may get a tad bit difficult to top NLUs but you can still pull off the chance for a lower NLUs or other Law schools. Though you need to consider some factors that the number of seats available in each NLU and the competition level will vary.EWS category might have lower cutoff compared to the general category. keep track of the counselling process and seat allotment schedules and also consider some other options both private and government that might accept your scores. Definitely keep some backup options. CLAT COLLEGE PREDICTOR
