1. NLUJA, ASSAM

2.TNNLS, TAMIL NADU.

Try to get in these colleges or wait for the vacant seats in NLU, try to contact them and get the details of your admssion.

It depends upon cut offs i will suggest you to take part in counciling may be you can get also take another option with you.

I am having a punjab domicile and have got an air rank of 9640 in clat and 984 obc category rank. Can i get rgnul or any other nlu?

Considering your rank you do not seem to have any chance for admission in RGNUL, Patiala through the punjab resident quota of any other NLU under the All India State quota according to the Careers 360 college predictor.
