You have no chance of getting a National law university based on inputs given by you, ie 39857 rank and 26.5 marks

Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

 Institute of Law, Nirma University - This private law University is often ranked higher than some of the recently established NLUs.

UPES, Dehradun - Another good law University which boasta of a very good studying environment.

JGLS, Sonepat - If you can afford it, this is the real deal. With facilities from abroad and that too with degrees from Ivy League Colleges, JGLS certainly has a bright future for private (costly) legal education in India. And

According to me:

1. O.P. Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat.

2. Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

3. Institute of Law, Nirma University. Ahmedabad

4. School of Law, Christ University. Bangalore.

5. Symbiosis Law School, Noida.

From the experience I have gained from the Law School Circuits, the above colleges are the best private colleges in the country.

You can however and should go for law college dehradun or amity University or graphic era University, Dehradun.
