Hello aspirant,
Getting seat in top NLU colleges is very difficult and if you belong to general category then you rank less than 1000 te secure seat in top NLUs of India. So with this it is very tough for you to get seat in top NLUs but you can definitely try in lower ranked NLUs and top private universities like Nirma.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hello aspirant,
No, there is not any chance of getting NLU with just 54 percent marks. NLUs are the top law universities in our country and you need to be one of the best scorer to get admission in them. You can try hard next time and can also try to get admission in private colleges.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hello aspirant,
With EWS rank of 942, you have a decent chance of getting into an NLU. You must proud o n yourself for getting such a decent rank and try to get admission in NLU. If your doesn't come in first list, then I suggest you to wait for second or third list.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
HI RAMIZA,
CONGRATULATIONS ON SUCCESS IN THE EXAMINATION.
CLAT CUT OFF changes every year. For NLU Kolkata BA LLB and LLM programs it will depend on several factors like -
Number of candidates for CLAT 2023
Number of candidates preferring NLU Kolkata during counselling
Number of places offered by the university in BA LLB and LLM programmes
University Reservation Policy
Category of candidates
FOR 2022 THE CUT OFFS WERE :
GENERAL- 579
GENERAL state domiciled- 1423
SC- 3172
ST - 3113
since general state domiciled is way beyond your state OBC rank so there is high probability of getting into this college under OBC seat.
For more information on the college you can look into following link:
thank you!!
Hello aspirant,
I would like to know you that 55 marks are a very low score to get admission in private colleges. So you can get admission in NLUs with these marks. But you do not need to worry. I would like to suggest you to prepare well for CLAT this year and try to give your best in next attempt.
Thank you
Hope it helps you.
Hello aspirant,
No, you need to pass the CLAT exam with high results in order to get accepted into any of the NLUs. They must take the AILET 2024 test only if they want to be considered for admission to NLU Delhi.
NLUs are required to clat. Private colleges administer their own entrance exam. Without a doubt, you are not required to pay anything to attend any private college. The clat must only be taken by nlus.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hii There,
Getting admitted to National Law Universities (NLUs) in India is highly competitive and primarily hinges on the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), which is the gateway for undergraduate and postgraduate law programs. The initial step involves taking the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), a nationwide entrance examination conducted annually for gaining entry into NLUs' undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs. It's vital to verify that you meet the specific eligibility criteria set by the NLU and the program of your choice. While eligibility requirements may have slight variations among different NLUs, typically, for undergraduate programs, you should have successfully completed your 10+2 education with a specified minimum percentage.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks
Hello aspirant,
LLB, or Bachelor of Legislative Law, is a three- or five-year undergraduate degree program in law that can be pursued following high school graduation or after completing the 10+2 course, as appropriate. A basic study in law that teaches students about the legal procedures used by lawyers is called Bachelor of Legislative Law. The LLB program assists students in gaining a logical, analytical, and critical grasp of legal matters and teaches them how to apply these abilities to address social and legal problems in society.

Hello,
Well, this is a tricky yet complicated question that I will answer. See, both these colleges are top-notch and India's premier college for a student to pursue law as their career. So, comparing them would be a little difficult.
National Law University, Delhi was established in the year 2008 offers 10 courses in total. Located in the capital city offers better placement opportunities and adds value to the career.
Whereas GNLU aka Gandhinagar National Law University is also better in terms of placements but can not expect better than NLU Delhi, the university was established in 2003 offers around 16 courses in general. It is good enough but makes it your second choice.
I would suggest you go with NLU DELHI.
Hope you your answers.

Thank you and Good luck:)
Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment. It has everything a class needs. It maintains a good hygiene and cleanliness. The foods are having great taste and are properly cooked.
The classrooms are well furnished and there are ample number of classrooms in all three floors. The library is still in making , so we have to manage with a smaller one which is present in the academic block itself. The sports centre is decent and could have been better. The best thing about the hostels are single occupancy rooms and the food is top notch.
The college comprises of an academic block where you spend most of your time. There you can find the different lecture halls, tutorial rooms, moot court halls, commitee rooms, faculty chambers, seminar halls etc. There 2 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel with single room occupancy. Another girls hostel and the law library is still under construction. There are different sports facilities available on campus. However the scenic beauty of Mahanadi and Kathajodi is the cherry on the cake.
