Congratulation you do pretty well and it is a good thing, they are a good possibility you may get a seat.

But the problem is NLU has seats around 2600. So the chances you have less than 50%.

Try it maybe you get but take backups also seek

No there is no counseling fee.  You will be allotted seat on the basis of your rank and you will have to keep a regular check on the applicant profile section. So far as vacant seats are concerned every NLU publish list of vacant seats and certain documents
