As I have already told you that you stand a chance but they are very slim. In CLAT 2017, a candidate got a seat in TNNLS with 38156 Rank (S-SAP category), another candidate secured a seat in MNLU Nagpur with 39573 Rank (S-ST) and even one candidate secured

Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut off ranks in 2017 for the general category. Considering your marks, your rank will be much lower than the range mentioned in the cut off, hence you don't seem to have much chance.

according to me, you should wait for NLU Delhi. or Nirma university also a good option for you.you can take anyone because both are good Law college in terms of education.

The cut off depends upon category as well. You should have mentioned your category. The cut off for NLU Delhi as per category is:

*General- 106

*SC- 87

*ST- 82

*PwD- 77

*Kashmiri Migrants- 72

Your admission is quite possible.

           Transferring of seat is not possible from one National Law university to another national law university. You can take a refund of your deposited fees from that NLU university where you have already deposited the fees and can submit it to another NLU. But you have to confirm
