Since you have a UP Domicile, you can apply that to your advantage in RMLNLU Lucknow. As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for State OBC candidates was 758 in 2018.  You seem to have a good chance of getting a seat in RMLNLU Lucknow

With the rank you're mentioning, if you fall in OBC category then you have some chances in NLUs like 

• NLUJA Guwahati 
• TNNLS  Trichy 
• MNLU Nagpur
