First of all congrats for securing 6k rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very low chance of securing

With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into NUSRL Ranchi even with the state domicile of Jharkhand. But if you belong to SC category then you can check out these colleges
