Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology is a full-time four-year undergraduate degree course and it is offered at the NIIT University, Neemrana.

The Biotechnology programme at NU is driven by the development of theoretical knowledge base as well as the business needs of the Biotechnology sector. It comprises a flexible model where the course content continuously evolves with the rapid changes occurring in the Biotechnology industry. The courses provide competence in Biotechnology through training in the areas of Microbiology, Biological Chemistry, Analytical Techniques, Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics. The major thrust of the programme is towards integration of theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience.

Class X aggregate percentage - 60
Class XII aggregate percentage - Successful Completion
Class XII (compulsory subjects) - English and any 3 subjects out of Physics, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, Computer Science or Informatics Practices, Information Technology, Electronics
IB/Cambridge - scored ≥ Grade 4 in IB Board or minimum grade C in Cambridge IGCSE Board

Admission Details

After giving NUAT the candidate can get direct admission if selected and if Valid JEE Mains/BITSAT/SAT/CUET/NEET/IPMAT/Any State Engineering Entrance Examination Rank/Scores are available NUAT can be exempted

College Infrastructure

This is a university, not just your average college. The facilities and infrastructure provided for my domain was pretty elaborate as well as well maintained. We got lots of hands on experience, which only added to our learning. The co curriculars, the food and the atmosphere was overall pretty decent as well.

College Infrastructure

The university is very vividly planned keeping in mind all the facilities and the availability of resources like water in red zone areas like Neemrana. It is has all the necessary facilities, laboratories, libraries, gym, etc., which are well equipped with equipment and necessities.
