TISS accepts state NC OBC certificate. It accepts the certificate issued by revenue department of the particular states. Your parents income certificate should be enclosed with it. There is a time limit for the certificates issued. Make sure you aware of this.

In order to apply for Tiss, you need to have the following documents:-

• for Obc nc with annual income less than one lakh-

OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate approved or issued by the District Magistrate or Deputy Commissioner or Tahsildar
