College Infrastructure
There's something quietly humbling about walking through the gates of the University of Allahabad. Established in 1887, it carries with it a blend of historic academic legacy and remarkable affordability that few universities in India can honestly claim. Nicknamed the "Oxford of the East," this Central University has shaped generations of scholars, bureaucrats, and professionals. But is that reputation still holding up in 2025? Let's be honest about it.

The campus is beautiful, filled with heritage buildings and peaceful surroundings. Classrooms are spacious, some with smart boards and projectors, though not always used. The Central Library is a treasure for any History student — quiet, well-stocked, and with access to old journals and rare books. Hostels are average — some old, some newly built, with clean living spaces and decent, hygienic food in the mess. There’s Wi-Fi, but it’s not always reliable, especially in hostels.
Enjoyed my post graduation.

College Infrastructure
The overall infrastructure of the institution can be characterized as average, with less drawbacks in the condition of projectors. The state of the projectors is not up to par sometimes. Upon comparison with classrooms in other management colleges, it becomes apparent good.
